oh I know your sadness, but at the same time I really don't know because I am not you and have never lived where you have.I am so happy you were there and is it selfish to be happy that I will get to see you again soon?
It is a kind of bitter-sweet thing because I too am excited about seeing you and everyone else again in just a few weeks! :)
